During the Super Bowl Committee Volunteer Rally, the Police had a few moments to speak to the 10,000 Volunteers, friends and family about the important job they have keeping an eye out for suspicious activity and if anyone suspects anything, you can use the See Something, Send Something app.

This app makes it just as easy as using 911 to call in suspicious activities and packages.  This app puts the power back in the community’s hands and lets you report what is going on around you.  The idea behind this digital program is to help empower our community, increase communication and solve crimes.

This system of communication is currently being used in 10 states to assist statewide and local law enforcement agencies.  These states are:

  1. New York
  2. Pennsylvania
  3. Virginia
  4. Georgia
  5. Alabama
  6. Mississippi
  7. Louisiana
  8. Missouri
  9. Ohio
  10. Colorado

Check out their website to learn more about the system, the app and how you can be involved in protecting your community.
